At Sear + Savor

we believe in making your mobile dining experience as enjoyable as possible. To help address any questions you may have, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Yes! We have Smash Potatoes! Occasionally, we will offer our Apple Pecan Salad and S+S Potato Salad which are vegetarian. We offer our vegan Not a Burger Soup during the colder months. 

We do not, but our burgers can be served protein style (without a bun) or on top of our Smash Potatoes. Just let us know when you order, and we can modify your burger!

Sear + Savor uses ingredients that contain some of the major allergens (gluten, soy, eggs, milk), including peanuts. If you’re allergic, please let us know. We can modify our menu items, however, your safety is of the utmost importance. If we cannot guarantee an allergy-free meal, we may advise you not to order.

We hang out at local breweries, and sometimes you’ll find us at wineries, too. To see our most up-to-date schedule or find us on StreetFoodFinder and Truckster.

Sear + Savor does small private catering (25-50 people) and local events. We can be found at local wineries and breweries.

Craft smash burgers and our signature Smash Potatoes. If you’re looking for vegan or vegetarian options, we have seasonal salads and soups.

We can serve 45-60 burgers per hour. Our burgers are cooked only when you order. If you are needing buffet-style, pre-made service, we are probably not a fit!

Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Garden City, and Star. For locations outside of these cities, please contact us as we may be able to secure special event permitting.
We can cater small (up to 50 people) weddings.
